• Accommodations: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one sofa bed (sleeps 4-5), one full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room, one formal and one informal dining area. A 1300 sq. foot home for you to relax and unwind in among the trees in the lovely canyon setting.
• Amenities: Deck off the master bedroom with private hot tub over-looking the creek, 100% Egyptian cotton linens, plush towels and robes, feather down comforters, luxurious toiletries, washer, dryer, cable TV/VCR, Dish Network with DVR (like a Tivo), CD player with a large selection of CD's, telephone, wireless Internet, Weber gas BBQ, fireplace, fresh ground gourmet coffee and a bottle of fine local wine.
• Special Service: Relax deeply into your vacation by enjoying a rejuvenating, healing massage therapy treatment. Our licensed Massage Therapist is Ananda Fierro who provides on site treatments in the privacy of the Kenwood Cottage.
• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy plus 9% Sonoma Occupancy Tax. $50.00 per extra person per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking the cottage. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. We have no refund policy, but if we are able to book the cottage for the same period, we will apply your fees to a future booking less a $100.00 administrative fee. Visa (preferred), MasterCard, and Discover now accepted.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Quiet behavior that is respectful of neighbors please. Children welcome.
• Recreation and Activities: Biking through wine country (the road into town is almost perfectly flat); two bikes are provided. Wine tasting, winery tours, private spa treatments, hiking, sight-seeing, wildlife watching, mountain climbing and horseback riding.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, award winning wineries and fine dining. Wineries: Chateau St. Jean, Landmark, St. Francis, Kunde, Blackstone, Kaz, Arrowood, and Imagery.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Vineyard Inn, Kenwood Restaurant, Cafe Citti, and Dolce Luna. Santa Rosa restaurants are only 15 minutes away: Café Portofino is excellent!
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: The Robert Ferguson Observatory and the May Reserve Tasting Room (gourmet food and wine pairings like nothing you have ever experienced).
• Location: from San Francisco: Take Highway 101 North over the Golden Gate Bridge into Marin County. When you reach Novato, take the Highway 37 exit (stay on 37; you'll be going East for about 8 miles). Take a left onto Highway 121 North (Sears Point Raceway will be on your left). You are now in the Sonoma Valley. Proceed toward Sonoma; take a left onto Highway 12. Go through the city of Sonoma (Highway 12 briefly becomes Broadway), and continue north on Highway 12 until you reach the town of Kenwood.
  from Oakland and the East Bay: Take Highway 80 North to Vallejo, then take Highway 37 - Marine World exit, (going West). Stay on Highway 37 for about 10 miles, then turn right onto Highway 121 North (Sears Point Raceway will be to the right). You are now in the Sonoma Valley. Proceed toward Sonoma; take a left onto Highway 12. Go through the city of Sonoma (Highway 12 briefly becomes Broadway), and continue north on Highway 12 until you reach the town of Kenwood.
