• Rates: Deduct 15% for off-season rates (January 5 - March 31). Rates do not include the 9% Sonoma County Transient Tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.

• Restrictions: No smoking (permitted outside). Pets allowed with approval.
• Recreation and Activities: Boating, canoeing, wine tasting, antique shopping, hiking, and biking.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Wine tastings, music center nearby, redwoods, and ocean.
• Directions: Directions from the Bay Area: 90 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge. Take Highway 101 North to Healdsburg. Take Dry Creek Road exit, turn right, turn left at second light (Healdsburg Avenue). Drive 0.6 miles, turn left on Grove Street. Make the first right onto Chiquita Road, drive 0.9 mile, and turn left onto a lane marked Tsarnas Lane. Follow the lane to 968.
