• Deposit and Payments: First night's rental for deposit is required. Balance due 21 days prior. No credit cards. Personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to ensure refund, less $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations with fewer than 14 days' prior notice receive refund for nights we can rebook less the $25.00 processing fee.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking outdoors only. Children Welcome.
• Special Events at Rentals: We are a legal venue for weddings with Use Permit from Sonoma County. Events are held in separate area from lodging
• Recreation and Activities: Swimming, fishing, boating, golf, hiking, biking, tennis, wine tasting, and hot air balloons within 30 minutes. Healdsburg has a wonderful and challenging golf course at the base of Fitch Mountain - there also larger course throughout the area.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Dozens of world-class wineries, antique shops, stores, and spas are within 30 minutes, plus Redwood groves, Pacific Ocean, Russian River, and Lake Sonoma.
