• Property Type: Single family dwelling.
• Accommodations: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, decks.
• Amenities: Air Conditioning, fireplace, phone, TV, Cable, VCR, Stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils provided, linens provided, washer and dryer, outdoor decks for entertaining.
• Rates: $200.00 for one couple per night. $250.00 for two couples per night. $25.00 per each extra person. Weekly and monthly rates are available. $200.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: 3-night weekend minimum.
• Deposit and Payments: $200.00 refundable cleaning deposit plus one night's lodging due at time of booking; balance due 30 days in advance of rental date.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date (60 days for holidays). With less notice, 1/2 rent will be forfeited unless landlord can re-rent the premises. A $15.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
• Recreation and Activities: 9-hole golf course, river swimming, canoeing, fishing in the Russian River and Lake Sonoma, tennis, wine tasting, hot air ballooning, plus numerous festivals.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Bodego Bay is 40 minutes to the west, location of Alfred Hitchcock's film The Birds; Armstrong Redwood Park; and Lake Sonoma within 10 miles. Lots of wineries within 30 miles. 3/4 mile from Villa Chanticleer, a unique wedding and/or reception site.
