• Property Type: Ocean view vacation home plus cottage.
• Accommodations: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath in cottage. Sleeps 15 (2 king beds in master suites, 1 queen bed in cottage, 2 trundles, 2 queen sleeper sofas in living room, 1 queen sleeper sofa in private library, and 1 twin sleeper sofa in suite 2 living room). 3 separate showers, 1 tub in master bath.
• Amenities: Beach access, gas fireplace, decks, spa, hot tub, satellite TV, VCR, DVD player with DVDs, CD player, and full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and warming ovens. Outdoor shower, game table, keyboard, suite #2 has kitchenette, private "Granny Cottage," solar back up, and thermomassage bath tub in master bathroom.
• Rates: Rate range is level 4 ($1,000.00 and up) for 2 nights, double occupancy. Rates vary by time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Rates include the 11% county bed tax and cleaning fee. Rates below do not include the refundable security deposit. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Restrictions: No smoking. Children welcome. Pet friendly.

• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: MacKerricker State Park, Old Town Fort Bragg, Mendocino Village, Skunk Train ride through the redwoods, Noyo Harbor, Albion Harbor, Paul Bunyan Days, festivals, Fourth of July Parade, Live theater, fireworks, July Music Festival, wineries, Botanical Gardens, and world's largest salmon BBQ (4th of July).
