• Accommodations: Homes and cabins are available from cabin studio to 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Every home is privately owned and reflects the owners' individual tastes and requirements. Decor, style, furnishings, and appliances vary and may be changed without notice.
• Amenities: Every home features a fully- equipped kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, housewares and dish soap; bed linens and blankets; bath towels, toilet paper and bath soap; and deck with barbecue. Many homes are provided with DSL service. Some homes have fireplaces, hot tubs, Satellite TV & VCR, and washer & dryer.
• Rates: Rate charges vary per rental and are based on two chargeable guests per bedroom. Extra charges will apply if the total number of chargeable guests exceeds two per bedroom. Rates do not include 8% county bed tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: Reservations are secured with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or cashier's check and must be received within 10 days after the reservation is made or immediately if the reservation is made within the cancellation period (30 days prior to the arrival date of your reservation). Deposits will be equal to 50% of total charges for the reservation. The remaining 50% is due upon check in. Reservations without timely deposits will be cancelled without notice.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. or later Check-out: 10.00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $30.00 administrative fee. Once you are within the cancellation time frame, cabin changes and date changes (including dropping nights) are not allowed.
• Restrictions: Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Children welcome. Pets allowed in certain homes. No fireplace or stove burning is allowed in June, July, August, or as conditions warrant. Guests will be responsible for repair or replacement for damage or destruction of property caused during your stay.
• Recreation and Activities: Hiking, fishing, swimming, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, bicycling, horseback riding, snowshoeing, and cross-country and downhill skiing.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Yosemite National Park (open all year), cross-country and downhill ski areas nearby, South Fork and Middle Fork of the Tuolumne River just a few miles away, Gold Rush towns, 49er Festival, and wine country.
