• Minimum Stay: 2 nights.
• Deposit and Payments: 50% of total due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $300.00 security deposit. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: 25% of the rent is charged for any cancellation made from the booking date up to 37 days prior to scheduled arrival date unless the house can be rebooked. 50% of the rent is charged for any cancellation made between 30 days and 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit 100%.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children 12 and older welcome.
• Recreation and Activities: Oceanfront Beach, hiking, deep sea fishing, canoeing, diving, whale watching, and surfing. Redwoods, ocean beaches and quaint villages.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Big River Beach, Russian Gulch State Park with waterfall, seal breeding grounds at McKerricker Park, Skunk Train through the Redwoods from Fort Bragg to Willets, Mendocino Village, wineries, live theater, Botanical Gardens, and world's largest Salmon BBQ (4th of July).
