• Minimum Stay: 2 nights.
• Deposit and Payments: 50% of total due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $300.00 security deposit. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: 25% of the rent is charged for any cancellation made from the booking date up to 37 days prior to scheduled arrival date unless the house can be rebooked. 50% of the rent is charged for any cancellation made between 30 days and 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit 100%.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pets welcome.
• Recreation and Activities: Beach, hiking, deep sea fishing, canoeing, diving, whale watching, surfing, and golf. Walk the boardwalk to Laguna Point to watch the seals at their breeding grounds.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Next to Little River Golf Course and close to the Village of Mendocino. Big River Beach, Russian Gulch State Park with waterfall, seal breeding grounds at McKerricker Park, Skunk Train through the Redwoods, wineries, live theater, Botanical Gardens, and world's largest Salmon BBQ (4th of July).
• Recommended Restaurants: Ledford House, McCallum House, Mendocino Hotel, and North Coast Brewery.
