Dolphin Dock, located on Willis Point near Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, is an upscale three-bedroom, two-bath house with floor-to-ceiling picture windows and treehouse-like waterfront views. This vacation rental has it all, including its own dock to tie up the yacht (with shore power and water). This can be your private retreat where you can sunbathe, fish, and watch an ever-changing parade of whales, birds, ferries, trawlers, and sailboats from anywhere in the house or on the 1,750 square feet of multi-level decks. Welcome to Dolphin Dock!

All new furnishings have gone into this contemporary vacation home. Your lodging accommodations include satellite television, VCR, an entertainment system, books, and games. The full kitchen has granite countertops and a full complement of appliances. A small office includes fax and data port for Internet access.

Down at water level is a sundeck, long dock, float, and mooring buoys. Warm water encourages swimming, fishing, and crabbing. There's even a prawn trap for shrimp lovers. Steep underwater walls and crystal-clear water make for some of the best diving in all of Canada. Cast a line off the dock for salmon, ling cod, and rock fish.

It's a 20-minute drive to the beautiful seaside cities of Victoria and Sydney, twelve minutes to world-famous Butchart Gardens, a ten-minute walk to Gowland-Tod Provincial Park's miles of hiking and biking trails, and a five-minute drive to Durrance Lake for swimming and fly fishing. Boat rentals and golf are also nearby.

Best of all, the exchange rate in Canada is 67 U.S. cents to the Canadian dollar. What other exotic location is so nearby yet offers such value for your money? Fly to Seattle and catch the Horizon Air shuttle to Victoria or ride the ferries for a two-hour trip through the beautiful San Juan Islands. Alternatively, drive to Port Angeles for a 30-minute ride north to Victoria.
