• Rates: Rates shown are per night and include tax for rental of home. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  There is a 10% discount offered for stays of 1 week or longer and a 35% discount for 3 weeks to a month based on occupancy rate.

• Payment: $200.00 security/damage deposit required. Rental fee/deposit must be prepaid in full within 7 days after booking. Advance bookings of 5 weeks or longer 50% of rental amount due w/deposit within 7 days of booking and remainder due 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Visa, MasterCard, personal check, cashiers check, or money order accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of rental fee. Deposit will also be refunded if we are able to rebook the time that was reserved. The security deposit will then be refunded less a $50 rebooking fee. If cancellation is received less then 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, only the deposit will be refunded if the full rental fee payment has been made. The rental fee will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the time that was reserved. Rebooking fee is $50.00.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Guests must be 21 or over unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Recreation & Activities: Vineyards, birding, shopping, recreation, historic sites, tours, art, rodeos, fairs, races, festivals, ghost towns, and more.
