• Accommodations: 1- and 2-story cabins (1 to 5 bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths), each with living room, private deck, full kitchen, and Jacuzzi tub for 2; sleep 2 to 10 people.
• Amenities: Air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with VCR or DVD player, free video library, full kitchen with microwave, utensils provided, linens provided, Jacuzzi tub for 2, trails to the waterfront, BBQ grills, horseshoes, large covered boat dock with slips available, and large swimming/sunning/fishing deck.
• Rates: Rates are per night. Children 1 year old and under are free of charge. Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free. Boat slips available at $10.00 per night. Romance packages available. Rates do not include sales tax of 9% and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit of first night's stay required to confirm reservation. Two-night deposit required for stays of 7 nights or more. Balance due at check-in. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and personal checks received within 6 days of booking reservation accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 booking fee on all cancellations. Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit, less the booking fee. If you cancel with less than a 14-day notice, deposit will be refunded, less the booking fee, only if all of your cancelled days are re-rented. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Sorry, no refunds for early departure.
• Check-in: guaranteed by 3:00 p.m. (cabins are usually available by 1:00 p.m.). Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed on Lake Shore property. Children welcome.
• Special Events on Property: Small weddings can be arranged (wedding chapels close by).
• Recreation & Activities: On site: boat dock with slips available, swimming, sunning, fishing, horseshoes, and hiking trails. Boat and jet ski rentals nearby at Starkey Marina. Striper fishing guides pick you right up at the dock. Trout fishing, canoeing, and kayaking just 10 minutes away on the White River.
• Attractions & Special Events: Located 9 miles west of Eureka Springs' attractions, parks, springs, shopping, restaurants, festivals, music and magic shows, antiques, specialty shops, fine art galleries, crafts, and historical sights. Country music capital, Branson, MO, is just 1 hour's drive.

• Directions: From the East: From Eureka Springs, take Highway 162 West to 187 South (left turn). Go 4 miles and take the left fork in the road onto Mundell Road. We are located 2 miles down Mundell Road on the right-hand side.
  From the West: From Highway 71 (I-540) at Bentonville, take exit 86 onto 62 East and go 27 miles. Go 1 mile past 187 North and turn right onto 187 South (you will se a large sign saying Beaver Lake Dam). Go 5 miles on 187 and watch carefully for Mundell Road. Take a hard right onto Mundell Road; we are located 2 miles down on the right-hand side.
