The Pine Cone:

This trailer (named the "Pine Cone") was purchased new in 1957 by owner Dawn Rubio's grandparents. It is decorated in a retro fifties theme, with a bed, bath, kitchen and living room in one. It includes new heat and air system. For your comfort, a large porch with a ceiling fan has been added which includes a BBQ grill, chimenea, and outdoor shower (smaller shower inside too).

Pine Cone Trailer includes:

  • Fully equipped kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and pans
  • Plus all the 'fixin's' for coffee and tea.
  • New full size bed with linens and towels provided.
  • TV/VCR with movies
  • Good old fashioned fun, house-shoes, croquet, cards, puzzles, games and books.
  • Hiking trails, bird and wildlife watching, plus a stocked catfish pond.

Note: Trailer is considered to be a small trailer. This Vintage classic may not be comfortable for the tall or husky folk.
