• Amenities: Central air conditioning, gas log fireplace, clawfoot antique soaking tub with hand held shower head, covered porches with ceiling fans, porch swing, outdoor shower, fire pit, BBQ grill, radio with CD player, and TV/VCR/DVD. Kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, fridge, dishes, pots, and pans. Linen and towels provided as well as all the fixin's for coffee and tea. "In cabin" massages also available, call for details.
• Rates: Rates shown are per night based on single/double occupancy. Stay 6 nights, get the 7th night free! Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit and Payments: Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund. If cancellation notice is received less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date and room is not re-booked, you will receive a charge of half of total stay, which can be credited for a future stay. No shows are charged full price and are not allowed a credit.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking indoors. Children welcomed.
• Recreation and Activities: Stocked catfish pond on property, hiking trails, bird and wildlife watching. Games include horseshoes, croquet, cards, board games, puzzles, and books. Swimming, boat, canoeing and horseback riding nearby. TV/VCR/DVD with lots of good movies also available.
• Surrounding Attractions and Special Events: Lake DeGray, Hot Springs, Arkansas, Ouachita Mountains, Magic Springs Amusement Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn Park horse racing, Hot Springs Motorcycle Rally (September), and Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival (October).
