• Minimum stay: Homes require weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer season. Most homes require a 4-night minimum during off-season. For condos, only weekly reservations accepted until January 15th. Less than week stays accepted after January 15th based on availability. There is a 3-night minimum for condos in off-season. 2-night stays are available in some condo properties with an additional per night service charge.

• Check-in: begins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Express Check-in and Check-out Service available.
• Payment: A non-refundable, nominal reservation processing fee is charged for all reservations. This fee and the advance rent payment are due within 10 days of making the reservation to avoid cancellation. Deposit (advance payment applied toward rent) required for most stays. U.S. currency, personal checks, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened. Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons. Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice. If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
• Restrictions: No pets. Children Welcomed.
