Deneen Pottery, a family owned and operated business, was founded in 1975 with the simple goal of providing quality stoneware to clients. At first it was throwing one-of-a-kind pieces and selling them out of the same studio. When people started coming in and asking for hundreds of the same item, the Deneens knew they had something going.

Since that time the business has grown slowly but surely. When the Inn crowd discovered Deneen Pottery (aka Cloth & Clay), things picked up considerably. Deneen Pottery is still a family owned and operated business with the simple but clear goal of providing quality stoneware to our clients.
