Apricot Mango Chutney
Serve with Grilled Venison Loin Chops.
- Ingredients
- 4 medium apricots, diced
- 3 medium mangos, peeled and diced
- 8 ounces sugar
- 1 pint white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 Tablespoon coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 8 ounces raisins
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Place in clean jars. Refrigerate up to 3 hours.
Makes: approximately 1 quart.
