Cheese Fondue
Ingredient: Amount: Method:
Garlic clove 1 each Slice in half and rub inside of fondue pot.
Riesling wine 1 cup Add wine and seasoning to fondue
pot and bring just to a boil.
Salt 1 pinch
White pepper 1 pinch
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Emmenthaler cheese, grated 4 ounces Mix these together and stir into
boiling wine mixture. Lower heat.
Gruyere cheese, grated 4 ounces
Flour 2 Tablespoons
Kirsch (cherry liqueur) 1 dash Stir in Kirsch and serve with
warm bread cubes.

Yield: One fondue for 2 people.
