Breakfast Beefalo Bake

Welcome to my country kitchen! I'm Linda Newberry, and do I ever have some great recipes for you! When cooking Beefalo, people tend to think of steaks, burgers, and casseroles. Well, Beefalo is more versatile than that. The following recipes will add a little variety to your cooking with Beefalo.

Ingredients

2 slices of bread

1/4 pound of ground BEEFALO

1 cup milk

1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard

Brown the ground Beefalo. Place buttered bread in an 8-inch square pan. Spread browned Beefalo over bread. Whisk eggs into the milk, add dry mustard, and pour over the bread. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
