Cabbage and Beefalo Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground BEEFALO, cooked
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups of stewed tomatoes
3 stalks celery, chopped
One 4-ounce can drained mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Layer all of the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
