'Tater and Beefalo Casserole
- Ingredients
- 1 pound ground Beefalo, uncooked
- 1 package of tater tots (plain or with onion)
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Layer meat in the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, cover with undiluted soup, then add tater tots. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the foil and brown the top for 5 minutes.
