Ingredients - Crust:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 pound ground BEEFALO
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
Ingredients - Filling:
1-1/3 cups Minute Rice (uncooked)
1-1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Crust: Combine all ingredients, mix well, pat into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.

Filling: Mix well, and place mixture in "crust"

Cover with aluminum foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and add 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese, return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.

Add a salad and rolls and you have a truly great meal.
