it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift
and the lodging facility the gift card is for.

email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such
addresses are not used for any other purpose and are
not shared or sold to outside parties.
We use
non-identifying and aggregate information to better
design our website and to share with advertisers. For
example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of
individuals visited a certain area on our website. We
do not disclose anything that could be used to
identify those individuals. Finally, we never use or
share the personally identifiable information provided
to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described
above without also providing you an opportunity to
opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

the Virtual Cities website. On some pages, you can
order, services, make requests, and register to
receive materials. The types of personal information

We do not

people, services, lodging or products. We do respond
to email about other people, services, lodging or
products. We do not collect or store information about
such email.
Our Email-a-Friend
program has an opt-in program to receive
newsletters and promotional information from Virtual
Cities. The information we collect for this program is
name and email only. We do not use or sell that
information to any other entity or for any other
purpose. If you opt-in you will receive a newsletter
not more than once a month. Our monthly newsletter is
to share with you specials and travel information.

Commitment To Data Security
To prevent
unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the correct use of information, we have put in
place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial
procedures to safeguard and secure the information we
collect online.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting
the privacy of the very young is especially important.
For that reason, we never collect or maintain
information at our website from those we actually know
are under the age of 13. Virtual Cities is a family
friendly site. We do not publish adult content, sexual
information or content, nudity, drug related content,
or violence. Our site is all about travel, lodging,

a member of our directory you can access all your

online and maintain by logging in with a member id and
password or you can email or call us directly. We use
this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally

credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and
security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify
your identity before granting access or making
corrections.
We do not
collect information on non-members of our site except
where previously stated in our "email-a-friend"
