"From the High Country of Wyoming" Recipes from the Flying A Guest Ranch Cookbook.

A wonderful unique flavor!

Ingredients:

6 to 8 pork chops

Kitchen Bouquet

1 large can/jar sauerkraut

2 cups beef bouillon

8 to 10 ounces sour cream

bread crumbs

Parmesan cheese

paprika

Brush 6 to 8 pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover pork chops with sauerkraut. Blend 8 to 10 ounces of sour cream with 2 cups beef bouillon and pour over sauerkraut. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serves: 4 to 6
