and decks with mountain views.

cabins. Not included in rates: 4% food tax, 7% lodging tax, and

- Payment: A deposit of 50% is required.
Personal checks, cash, and travelers checks are accepted; no credit
cards.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 90 days before your scheduled
arrival date for refund of half your deposit. For notice within 90
days of scheduled arrival date, you forfeit the entire deposit. Trip
cancellation insurance is available.
- Restrictions: No pets. Flying A Ranch
prides itself on offering discerning adults a truly distinctive
Western vacation and do not offer children's activities; however,
children are welcome if the entire ranch is booked by one party. No
smoking in the cabins or lodge. Smoking is allowed on the cabin's
private decks and in the saloon.
- Meals: All meals are served in the main
lodge and are included in the rate. Appetizers served before dinner
in the saloon.
- Special Recommended Recipes: "From
the High Country of Wyoming" Recipes from the Flying A
Guest Ranch Cookbook. This wonderful cookbook with over 500 recipes,
tells the history of the upper Green River Valley, with pen and ink
drawings of the ranch cabins, wildlife, trees and wildflowers that
are native to the area.

- Recreation & Activities: Unlimited
horseback riding, fly fishing with lessons and equipment, guided
hiking, mountain bikes, hot tub, volleyball, horseshoes, and cards.
The ranch has 3 small lakes to fish for brook, cutthroat, and
rainbow trout. Day trips to the Green River, Waterdog Lake and Twin
Creek. Trap shooting is also available.
- Attractions & Special Events: Grand
Teton National Park, Yellowstone, Green River Lakes in Wind River
Mountains, Jackson Hole, weekly rodeo in Jackson Hole, and the
Mountain Man Rendezvous (2nd weekend in July). Massages are
available at an additional cost.
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Mountain
Man Museum, located in Pinedale.
- Directions: Guests can fly into the
airport at Jackson Hole. Transfers from the airport are available at
a cost of $240.00 per party, round trip. From the town of Jackson,
it is $200.00 per party, round trip. If you choose, you may rent a
car for a week and make the scenic 1 hour and 15 minute drive
yourself.
