Your Wyoming wedding is a time of family sharing and reunion with friends, often from afar, so we suggest a two day event to provide time for celebration, laughter, tears and general merriment.

Our packages are flexible to meet your vision of the dream wedding and can include the rehearsal dinner, ceremony venue, reception, the morning after breakfast or brunch with a menu designed to your taste. All meals are exquisitely prepared and presented by our Cordon Bleu trained Chef/owner. We have a full selection of wines and liquor for your special day and we can customize the bar arrangements to your specific request. We can host your wedding in any season but invite you to reserve early if you really yearn for a June wedding.

The Historic Elk Mountain Hotel offers a meeting room which was developed for small groups with a conference style table to promote dialogue between participants. The Victorian era parlor is available as an informal meeting space, whilst the exterior decks provide space to chat over the day's conclusions, during the summer anyway. Catered lunches and dinners can be provided to allow groups to stay on site for lunch and dinner. For day conferences we can serve coffee, tea, cookies and lunch is available in our restaurant and for working lunches every variety of sandwiches. Our meeting room can seat up to fourteen persons in air conditioned comfort.
