• Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and 1 night's advance deposit for room and tax is required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received by 3:00 at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date unless otherwise specified when booking. A one night's room and taxes will be charged for guests who do not cancel their reservation within the hotel's cancellation policy. Internet reservations will incur a 10% fee plus applicable taxes based upon the original reserved value of lodging for cancellation at anytime after the time and date of the Internet booking. No Show will be charged 100% of the amount of a one night stay.
• Restrictions: No pets unless previously arranged with the hotel's General Manager. Unsuitable for young children. No smoking.

• Directions: Whether you are traveling east or west simply take exit 255 from the I-80, turn south towards the mountain and find us after 3 miles just beyond the town and left over the old bridge. If you are heading west from Laramie then as a fun alternative take exit County Road 402 at mile marker 260 and follow the washboard road to the hotel, but don't take the wrong turning and be late for dinner! We are located less than one hour drive between Laramie and Rawlins. Only three hours drive from Denver, Denver International Airport (DIA) and at the most 2-1/2 hours from the Front Range towns & cities.
