Linguini Nalepa |

- Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tablespoon ginger, freshly grated
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced diagonally
- 1/4 teaspoon Szechuan sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 servings cooked linguini
Saute garlic and ginger in olive oil. Add shrimp and saute just
until pink. Remove shrimp and keep warm. Add vegetables to pan and
saute until crisp-tender. Return shrimp and add Szechuan sauce,
white wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat through. Add cooked
linguini to pan and toss. Serve with freshly grated romano cheese,
if desired
