I serve this at Snowshoe's Annual Wine and Jazz Fest and get dozens of requests for this recipe!

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
1 cup walnuts (reserve 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup dry sherry

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Chill (overnight is best). Sprinkle with reserved walnuts. Serve with crackers.
