• Rates: are per room with two people. A minimal additional fee may be required to cover food and linen costs when occupancy exceeds 2 per room. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Credit card number or a deposit equal to 1 night's lodging fee is required within 7 days from the date the reservations are made. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 cancellation fee unless notice is received 72 hours prior to 12:01 a.m. on the reservation date. If last minute cancellation is necessary, and we can re-book the room, there will be no charge. A no-show will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
• Restrictions: One pet allowed in room with private entrance. Not suitable for small children (we can and have made some exceptions).
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Brown Sugar Pecan Muffins, ... B.C. Spread, ... Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pancakes, and Zucchini Fritters.
• Special Events at Inn: Conference facilities.
