Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 Tablespoons sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 cups milk

1 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree

2 eggs

3 Tablespoons oil

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; stir well to mix thoroughly. In a separate bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gradually whisk the pumpkin mix into the dry mix; keep mixing until all the lumps dissolve. Coat waffle iron with a non-stick spray. Put batter into the center of a waffle iron to about 3/4 full. Cook until done, about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with hot syrup. Delicious!
