Spicy Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick baking mix

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

1-1/3 cups milk

3/4 cups grated apple (about 2 medium)

Beat (by hand) baking mix, cinnamon, egg, and milk until smooth. Stir in apple. Bake on griddle until done.
