• Payment: One night deposit; groups 50%; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. If cancellation notice is received within 7 days of scheduled arrival, a gift certificate for the full amount of deposit will be given to you to be used at Arbor House at a later date. Cancellations received within 48 hours of scheduled arrival forfeit one night's stay. For all cancellations, there is a $20.00 fee.

• Breakfast: Expanded continental on weekdays, full on weekends. Room service for corporate clients.

• Directions: From I-94: Take the Janesville 90 Exit from I94. Take the first exit, which is Madison 12/18, from Janesville 90. (You are now on the Beltline.) Take the ninth exit from 12/18, which is Seminole Highway. Turn right at Seminole and keep driving until you see the first stop sign, Nakoma Road. Turn right on Nakoma. After a few blocks, Nakoma turns into Monroe Street, Arbor House is located just beyond the traffic light at the corner of Monroe and Copeland.
