• Cancellation Policy: Refunds only apply if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date or if your room rental date(s) are re-rented. If you are part of a group rental, a 30-day advance notice is required. A $30.00 per room cancellation fee applies (The $30.00 fee may be waived if you cancel 14 days in advance and accept a 100% refund by a Cameo Rose Gift Certificate). Gift certificates are good for 1 year and subject to availability and the same policies as any other payment. No refund or certificate applies if you do not show for a rental, depart early during your stay, or if you cancel a second time.
