Ingredients:

One 42-ounce box old-fashioned oatmeal

4 ounces sesame seeds

12 ounces sunflower seeds

2 cups coconut

12 ounces roasted soy nuts

2 cups ground or slivered almonds (vary kind of nuts with each batch)

1 cup oil

1 cup maple syrup

1 cup honey

1 cup peanut butter

2 cups dried cranberries

Stir oil, maple syrup, and honey together. Pour over remaining ingredients except cranberries. Stir. Bake at 325 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Add cranberries after baking.

Note: This burns very easily. Be sure to use old-fashioned oats or it will be mushy. Enjoy!
