Artist's Studio Loft is nestled in a flower garden and
meadow setting that abounds with wildlife and artistic arbors
on Washington State's beautiful Vashon Island, just 40 minutes
from downtown Seattle. 
This quiet, serene atmosphere provides a relaxing retreat
perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers, honeymooners and
those seeking an enchanting getaway.
The Bed and Breakfast Inn offers five distinctly private and
unique lodging accommodations, each with a private entrance,
private bath, television, ceiling fans and warm, soft robes.
The River Birch Cottage has a hand crafted rocker made
by Mennonites in Montana and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub
for two. The Arbor Cottage has a view of the meadow
and Fairy pond from the comfort of the Mission style sofa, gas
fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub for two. The Lofthas a
fully curtained queen-sized four-poster bed, sofa, recliner,
kitchenette, skylights and romantic fireplace. The Master
Suite offers a queen-sized bed, skylights, and a private
bath with tub/shower, bidet and double sinks. The Ivy Room
also offers a queen-sized bed and a warm comfortable
atmosphere.
In the morning, enjoy an expanded continental breakfast that
consists of fruit, muffins or scones, cereal, juice, gourmet
coffee, and herbal or black teas. Ivy Room and Master Suite
guests come into the kitchen for a full breakfast. After
breakfast, you are welcomed to take a stroll on the five-acre
property through wooded paths and along lovely flower gardens,
fruit trees and peaceful ponds. Each guest room is an equal
distance from the outdoor spa, where you can enjoy a
therapeutic soak.
Vashon Island, often referred to as "the heart of the
Puget Sound", is between Seattle and Tacoma. A
flourishing arts community, the island boasts several
galleries, great restaurants, and shops perfect for browsing.

Artist's Studio Loft is just one mile from Vashon's business
center. There are three lovely public beaches, providing an
excellent setting for a picnic, beachcombing and exploration.
Ride bikes on miles of lightly traveled back roads, rent a sea
kayak or take leisurely walks.
From this location, you can enjoy a number of day trips,
such as a ferry ride to Seattle's waterfront downtown, or take
the Clipper Seattle to Victoria. Visit the Woodlawn Park Zoo
in Seattle or the Pt. Defiance Park and Zoo in Tacoma.
