• Minimum stay: is 2 nights during the season (June through October) and on weekends and holidays. Single nights are often available during these times, so always check for this possibility.

• Check-in: anytime after 2:00 p.m. If you will be later than 7:00 p.m., you must let us know so someone will be available to help you. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Later departures require prior arrangements.
• Payment: Reservation is confirmed with 1 night's payment by credit card or personal check (must be received within 7 days of booking). A 50% deposit is required for extended stays of 1 week or longer. Balance due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellations and reservation changes must be received at least 14 days (30 days for extended stays) prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure a refund of deposit. With less notice, refund is possible only if the room is rebooked. $15.00 cancellation fee.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside (permitted in designated areas outside). Children welcome with special arrangements. Social drinking allowed.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Lunch/Dinner: Picnic lunches can be provided. Lunch and dinner are served to private parties such as wedding receptions or family reunions.

• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings, receptions, reunions, and small conferences (up to 30 guests). Meals and activities can be arranged.
• Recreation & Activities: Whale watching, sailing, sea kayaking, boating, freshwater and deep-sea fishing, birding, biking, hiking, swimming, golf, and tennis nearby. Health club passes available to guests, as well as on-site massages (with advance notice).
• Attractions & Special Events: Moran State Park (landmark on Orcas Island) with well-maintained trails, swimming lakes, and incredible vistas. The Island hosts year-round theater performances, music events, first-run movies and occasional premieres, and holiday and summer artisan fairs.
• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Islanders are happy to share most of the island's secrets. Wonderful fresh water swimming in Cascade Lake in the Park. Orcas Island Pottery, Crow Valley Pottery, The Right Place, and the Olga Artworks all welcome visitors and display and sell exceptional arts and crafts. A newly opened skate park is world-class. The quality of the performers drawn to the island is outstanding.
• Directions: The Anacortes ferry terminal is 85 miles from Seattle and 90 miles from Vancouver, BC. On I-5, leave the freeway at exit 230 and continue on Highway 20 west to Anacortes. Follow the signs to the ferry landing. From the ferry, take an immediate left onto Horseshoe Highway. Drive 2.8 miles to Deer Harbor Road (the first paved left turn). Continue 0.9 mile to Crow Valley Road (the first right). Turtleback Farm Inn is at 1981 Crow Valley Road.
