• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Let us know if you will be arriving early, we can store your luggage for you until your room is ready. Also please let us know if you will be arrival later than 6:00 pm.
• Payment: Reservations must be secured with a one night deposit via credit card or by full prepayment. Two night minimum required for June-September. One night stays are possible based on availability. Please call for details. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received after 24 hour courtesy hold period are charge a cancellation fee equal to 10% of your first night's stay (minimum $25.00). Cancellations received within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit the deposit unless we rebook the room. Cancellations received within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival are responsible for the entire booking unless we can re-rent the room.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Cottages are pet friendly ($25.00 per night charge). Children of all ages are welcome in cottages.
