Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

Left-over bread

8 ounces cream cheese

Butter

1 dozen eggs

1-1/2 cups milk

Maple syrup

Cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

Blueberries

Break up leftover bread and layer -- bread, cream cheese, butter, blueberries, sprinkle of cinnamon, and about 1/2 cup maple syrup. Make two layers. Combine milk, egg, and vanilla and pour over top and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes (test with toothpick). Let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
