• Minimum Stay: There is a 2-night minimum stay, with 1-night stays available by chance.

• Payment: Deposit equal to one night's stay required. Personal checks and cash accepted.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm or after. Check-out: 11:00 am
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund. If notice is received within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival date, a full refund is given only if room is rebooked.
• Restrictions: Smoking outdoors only. No pets. Children over 14 only.
• Breakfast: Large continental breakfast - gourmet kitchen - guests may cook if they wish.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, biking, clam digging, small theater, beach combing, scuba diving, exploring rural backroads, parks, beaches. Salt water fishing on Puget Sound, fish for salmon, cod, and many more.

• Directions: From Seattle: Drive north on the I-5 Freeway to Exit 189 and follow signs to Mukilteo. Board the ferry for a short ride to Clinton on Whidbey Island. Follow Highway 525 for 10.6 miles to Bush Point Pond. Turn left and drive 1.5 miles to Windmill Road on the left (a dead-end road). Turn left and go approximately 1 block to Cliff House sign on the right. Turn right down winding driveway to the end and Cliff House.
  From the North: Approaching the island from the north over Deception Pass Bridge, drive 38 miles to Bush Point Road, turn right, and proceed as above.
