• Accommodations: 1 house boat rental with galley (kitchenette); sleeps 3 adults.
• Open: Open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from October 1 to May 31. (closed Tuesday through Thursday)
  Open every day June 1 - September 30
• Rates: $20.00 per additional person over 3 people (including children). Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to reserve your place. Checks and money orders accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another date.
• Restrictions: Smoking permitted outside only. Pets permitted ($10.00 fee per pet, per night). Children under 9 must wear life vest on docks. There is a charge of $20.00 per person over 3 people (including children).
• Breakfast: Continental (not included in monthly rentals off season).
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
• Recreation & Activities: Birdwatching, kayaking, fishing, and hunting.
• Attractions & Special Events: Skagit River and Skagit Wildlife Area. 1 hour from Seattle. Tulip fields in the spring.

• Directions: North on I-5 from Seattle. In about 50 miles, take the Conway/Lake McMurray exit. At the top of the exit, go left or west over the freeway. Take the next right, following signs to Conway/La Conner on Fir Island Road. Go over the South Fork of the Skagit River and take the next immediate left onto Mann Road. Go 1 mile to Southfork Marina and take a left into the parking lot.
