• Payment: An advance deposit is required upon booking your reservation. For special events and holiday periods, full-prepayment is requested. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club accepted.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Please call ahead if you will be arriving later than this. Check-out:11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund of deposit, less a $25.00 handling fee. For holiday periods, foliage season and large groups, we require 30 days cancellation notice. In the event that you cancel your reservation(s) outside of the cancellation period noted above, you will receive a refund of deposit, less the cancellation fee, only if we are able to re-rent your room. In the case of on-arrival or departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged. If the inn is successful in re-booking your room you will not be charged for the nights the room is re-rented.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Unsuitable for children under 13 years old.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.

• Directions: From New York (Approximate time: 4 hours): Take Route 87 North to exit 23. Then take Route 787 North to Route 7 East (Troy, NY). Follow NY 7 East to Route 279 East (Bennington Bypass), which bears left off Route 7 (do not take Route 9 towards Bennington). Follow Route 279 to the end, and follow signs to Vermont's Route 7 North, towards Manchester. Take Exit 4, Manchester Turn left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 11/30 until you reach the "T" intersection with Route Historic Route 7A. Turn left, heading South on Route 7A Travel about one mile, the Inn will be on your right.
  From Albany Airport (Approximate time: 1-1/2 hours): Take Route 87 North to Route 7 East (Troy, NY). Follow NY 7 East to Route 279 East (Bennington Bypass), which bears left off Route 7 (Do no take Route 9 towards Bennington). Follow Route 279 to the end, then follow signs to Vermont's Route 7 North towards Manchester. Take Exit 4, Manchester Turn left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 11/30 until you reach the "T" intersection with Route Historic Route 7A.
