• Payment: require a pre-payment of the first night or 50% of the total stay - whichever is higher. All major credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Shortening the length of your stay or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in loss of the deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Deposits will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee per room) only if the cancellation notice is received by at least 30 days prior to arrival date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and whether or not the room is subsequently rented. If you rebook with us within two weeks of cancellation, we will apply the initial deposit and/or cancellation fee to your new deposit.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Well-behaved children welcome with prior permission. We have a limited number of rooms that could accommodate small dogs. A pet deposit is required as well as an increment to the room rate.
