Cape Cod Cookies
from Andy's Kitchen

Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup melted margarine
1-1/4 teaspoon molasses
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups flour
1-3/4 cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins

Beat egg with sugar and melted margarine. Add milk and molasses. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on rack and enjoy!
