• Payment: Your reservation is confirmed with a credit card that you provide. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 calendar days (30 days for foliage season and certain holidays) prior to scheduled arrival date; your credit card will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. If you find that you must cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, we will attempt to rebook your stay and we will charge your credit card for any difference and issue you a house credit for that amount less the $25.00 fee good for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Restrictions: No smoking (permitted on lawns away from buildings). Pets permitted in the cottages only. Pets in the cottages must not be left alone. If they are to be left alone, they must be crated for that period of time. Children over 12 welcome in the guest rooms of the main house; children of all ages welcome in cottages. BYOB ok.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast, no room service, lunch and dinner not available. Breakfast not included in cottage weekly rate.
• Recommended Speciality Recipes: Scrumptious French Toast, ... Eggs Dijon, ... Goat Cheese Popovers, and Yeast Biscuits.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis, golf, horseback riding, lakes, hiking, fishing (trout in Otter Creek or Battenkill), canoeing, skiing (downhill at Okemo, Killington, and Pico), and biking.
• Special Events at the Inn: Weddings by arrangement. Also rehearsal dinners and special occasions in the barn.
