• Rates: From $108.00 to $285.00 per night depending of day of week and season, based on double occupancy. Each additional person to a room is $30.00 B&B or $65.00 MAP. A 10% gratuity and applicable state tax are applied to B&B rates; a 15% gratuity and applicable state tax are applied to MAP rates. There is a 10% increase in rates during holiday periods. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Deposit is 50% per night. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's, and checks accepted (payment by check or cash requested).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit, less a $10.00 cancellation fee per cancelled night. Early departures or late arrivals forfeit deposit.
• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Children of all ages welcome in Guest House; children over 8 years of age welcome in the Main Inn. No pets and limited smoking.
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Two rooms and the restaurant and lounge are handicap accessible.
• Breakfast: There is a full breakfast with a full choice of menu.
• Lunch/Dinner: Dinner is served nightly and there is also a Sunday Brunch.
• Special Events at Inn: Accept bookings for wedding ceremonies and receptions (up to 150 guests), reunions, corporate retreats and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: 60-foot outdoor pool, indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna, outdoor games, & board games are on the premises. There is also a 43-kilometer ski touring center with equipment rentals and lessons close by. Winter tubing down a hill.
• Attractions & Special Events: 10 minutes from Mount Snow, alpine skiing and 18-hole championship golf. 5 minutes from Lake Whitingham.
