double rooms, twin bedded room, queen room, queen rooms with
fireplace or Jacuzzi, family suites and deluxe suites. Wireless

- Rates: Rates are based on single /
double occupancy and may be higher on holidays and events. Extra
person in room age 12 and older is $35.00 per night. Rates shown do
not include a 9% Vermont State tax. Rates subject to change without
notice. Ask about their MAP plan which is a 4 course gourmet dinner
in the dining room for $30.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
This $30.00 per person charge can be added at the time of booking.

room, tennis court, swimming pool on site. Biking, hiking, golf,
fishing, skiing at Killington and Quechee. Hike along the
Appalachian Trail, Long Trail, or Quechee Gorge

Festival, White River, Woodstock, Killington, and Rutland. Norman
Rockwell Museum, Marble Museum, Vermont Maple Museum, Ben and
Jerry's ice cream. Billings Farm in Woodstock, shop in Quechee
Village and Woodstock Village.
- Directions: From Boston Area -
Take I-93 to just south of Concord, NH. Exit onto I-89 North
and follow to US. Route 4 / Rutland, Exit #1 in Vermont. Follow US.
4 West to Killington. Stay on Rt 4 West 5 miles past Bill's Country
Store. We are on the right hand side.
From NY. City/New Jersey via NYS Thruway-
Garden State Parkway to NYS Thruway North to Exit 24 at Albany. Take
Northway (I-87) North to Exit 20 Fort Anne/ Rutland. Pick up 149
East to US. Route 4. Turn left on US. 4 to Rutland. Take Rt 4 North
to 4 East to Route 7 North for a couple of miles in Rutland. Turn
right back onto RT 4 East and we are 5.5 miles up on the left hand
side, just after the Tyrol Motel.
From Montreal -Take highway 10 East to highway
35 South and follow I-89 South. Exit I-89 at Exit #3 in Bethel, VT
and follow 107 to 100 South to Route 4. Take a right on Route 4. We
are 5 miles up on the right hand side of the road.
