• Payment: A deposit of 50% (or full amount for 1-night bookings) of your stay is necessary.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for full refund, less $15.00. If you cancel within 14 days of scheduled arrival and we are able to rebook the room, the deposit will be refunded, less $15.00. Cancellations of reservations for mid-September through October 31 require at least 30 days' notice, and cancellations of reservations for Dartmouth Graduation weekend require at least 6 months' notice.
• Restrictions: The Inn is appropriate for guests age 10 and older. Also, for your safety and comfort, smoking is not permitted. Sorry, no pets.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet, 3-course, healthy breakfast, individually plated and served. Special dietary needs gladly accommodated.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings and receptions (up to 50 people) and small conferences (up to 25).
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, biking, swimming, snow-shoeing, hot air ballooning, canoeing, tennis, golf, skiing, antiquing, fishing and much more.
