• Accommodations: 4 guest rooms, each with private bath. 1 with King and daybed. 3 with Queen beds.
• Amenities: In-room: Fluffy down comforters, temperature sensitive mattress pads and featherbeds, fine linens and comfy robes, blow dryers, high-speed DSL Internet access, CD clock radios, TV/DVD players available upon request.
  On-site: Open air hot tub, games and equipment including croquet and badminton sets, snowshoes, sleds and a jungle gym, dinner reservations made upon request, flowers and/or champagne arranged to surprise your special someone.
• Rates: All rates are for double occupancy and do not include a 9% meals and room tax and 4% community sponsorship fee. There is a $25 charge per night for each additional person in the room. Inn reserves the right to add a $20 single night supplement during weekends, holidays and foliage season. Subtract $10 from standard rates for single occupancy, excluding holidays and foliage season. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum stay: is 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights during holidays and foliage.

• Payment: The equivalent of one night's stay or 50% of the total reservation (whichever is greater) is due by credit card at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is due at check-in by cash, personal check, Visa, Master Card or American Express. For groups booking three or more rooms, the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a refund of deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee. Notice of cancellation for holiday and foliage periods and groups booking three or more rooms must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee. If cancellation is received less than the minimum time before arrival, deposit will only be refunded if room can be re-booked. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival, early departures and no-shows are responsible fro the entire amount of the stay.
• Check-In: 3:00 - 7:00 pm. (4:00 to 7:00 pm for full inn rental.). Please call if you will be arriving outside of these hours. Check-Out: 11:00 am. or by prior arrangement.
• Restrictions: Open to accepting one or more well mannered children depending on the season and circumstance. Please call to discuss your situation. Children must be with parents at all times. Cribs are available for a flat fee of $25.00. No alcoholic beverage may be brought in. No smoking. A $100 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of smoking policy. No pets.
• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Silky French Toast, ... Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Maple Yogurt, and Summer Vegetable and Goat Cheese Frittata with Prosciutto.
