• Accommodations: 8 accommodations (3 suites and 5 rooms), each with gas fireplace and either whirlpool or steambath in its full private bath. Each room has telephone with voice mail, DSL Internet access, and cable TV/VCR. Inn has over 300 videos and over 160 DVD's for loan to guests.
• Rates: Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Extra person in room is $30.00/ additional per night.. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum stay is preferred on weekends, high seasons, and for the Paris Suite at all times. A 3-night minimum stay is preferred for holiday weekends.

• Payment: A deposit of $140.00 per room is required at the time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks accepted. Personal checks are requested seven days in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call, fax, or email at least 21 (twenty-one) days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $20.00 service charge per room booked. For less than 21 days, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another date for you within 60 days of your original booking, but otherwise we regret we cannot refund your deposit. A no-show or early departure will be charged the full cost of the reserved rooms. As we need to buy ingredients and make preparations ahead of time, any meals booked and cancelled less than 7 days ahead of time will be charged at the full rate.
• Restrictions: No pets (cats on premises). No smoking. Children over 12 welcome. We are State licensed for the sale of wine and beer. State law requires that all alcoholic drinks consumed on the premises MUST be purchased from us so please do NOT bring any alcohol with you to the inn.
• Breakfast: Full country breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions (up to 80 guests), conferences (small groups), business retreats (up to 12 people), and reunions (up to 80 people). A garden area and two landscaped ponds and a gazebo are on the annual Art in the Garden Tour, part of the Vermont Festival of the Arts in the Mad River Valley.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis, golf (golf at Robert Trent Jones, Sr championship course, skiing, snowshoeing, fly fishing (nearby guide services), hiking, and biking in the area. Sports Center nearby. Games and big video and book library at Bed and Breakfast.
• Attractions & Special Events: Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski areas and 4 cross-country ski centers, all within 6 miles. Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, The Long Trail, Warren's 4th of July, Sugarbush Triathlon, New England Sled Dog Races, Mad River Winter Carnival, and The Vermont Festival of the Arts.

• Directions: From NYC and Hartford: I-95 North to I-91 North to I-89 North at White River Junction, to exit 3, Bethel/ Royalton, then west on Route 107 for 13 miles, then north for 30 miles on Route 100 to Warren.
  From New Jersey/NYC/Albany: I-287 to I-89 (NY Thruway) to Albany to (Northway) exit 20, Glen Falls, then 50 miles east first on Route 149, then Route 4 to Route 100 North for 40 miles to Warren.
  From Boston: I-93 to I-89 North, to exit 3 in Vermont, Bethel/Royalton, then west on 107 for 13 miles to Route 100. Go north for 30 miles to Warren.
  From Warren to Inn: From Route 100 South: Take the Sugarbush Resort Access Road off of Route 100 in Warren, 3 miles to the top. Turn left onto Inferno Road, 1 mile. Turn right onto West Hill Road, first house on right.
  From Route 100 North in Warren: Look for West Hill Road. Turn left (west) go up hill staying left at all forks. West House B&B is on the right where West Hill Road bends sharply left, just after Inferno Road enters from the right.
