• Accommodations: 3 bedrooms with short king, a full, and two twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Whole house can be rented as a vacation rental for 1 week minimum stay. Ask about long-term room rentals or house shares. Rooms can be arranged to accommodate particular needs.
• Rates: $100.00 to $105.00 per night, based on double occupancy and season. Rates are subject to change without notice. Ask innkeeper about renting whole house.
• Open: May through March (closed April).

  Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends and high season (1-night stays available at additional charge).

• Payment: Payment in full is required prior to arrival (cash required if arrival is within 3 days of making reservation). Money orders, personal travelers' checks, and cash accepted).
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (3 weeks for reservations during graduation and foliage season) prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days (3 weeks of the scheduled arrival date) will be refunded only if a room replacement is found.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No loud noise after 10 p.m. Children welcome (baby-sitting available) upon approval. No pets.
• Breakfast: Find a full self-serve buffet for early risers. Breakfast will include a hot entree and fresh or cooked fruit. Later, a more elaborate breakfast is also served. Other meals can be prearranged for an extra charge before arrival. Patrice prepares world foods and accommodates to special dietary needs.
• Languages Spoken: some French, ... some Norwegian, ... some Spanish, and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small, intimate gatherings with outside event planners. Larger events may be held if other bed and breakfasts in the area are utilized for house guests for the night (recommendations available).
• Recreation & Activities: Walking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, shopping, dining, and sight-seeing nearby. Icelandic horseback riding 40 minutes away. Charming "one of a kind" shops, art galleries, coffee houses, organic foods with hot foods and eating area, family and ethnic restaurants.
• Attractions & Special Events: Frog Hollow Art Gallery and Shop in Middlebury, Mooseulamoo State Forest, Silver Lake Park, Green Mountain National Forest, Middlebury College (25 minutes), scenic drives along Route 100, famous Breadloaf School, Morgan Horse Farm, and Vermont Marble Museum. Also Burlington, Shelburne Museum, and Lake Champlain (45 minutes).
• Recommended Local Restaurant: Blueberry Hill Inn within walking distance (magnificent meals with several courses). Recommendations for several family-style restaurants in Middlebury and other local and more distant eateries available upon request.
